Welcome to our resort. We are delighted to host you and are committed to delivering an exceptional hospitality experience. Kindly review the following Terms & Conditions that govern your stay with us.
1. Reservations & Confirmation
- All reservations are considered tentative until confirmed.
- A booking will be confirmed upon receipt of advance payment via NEFT, bank transfer, or approved payment method.
- An advance payment of 50% of the total booking amount is required to secure the room.
- The advance must be remitted within the stipulated time communicated during booking.
- The resort reserves the right to release the booking if payment is not received in time.
2. Rates & Taxes
- All tariffs are quoted on double occupancy per room per night.
- Rates are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.
- Government taxes may change as per prevailing regulations.
3. Child Policy
- Children below 5 years stay complimentary when sharing existing bedding.
- Children between 5–12 years without extra bed – ₹1,000 + taxes per night.
- Children above 12 years with extra bed (including breakfast) – ₹1,200 + taxes per night.
4. Check-in & Check-out
- Standard check-in and check-out timings apply as per resort policy.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges.
- The resort cannot guarantee early access or extended departure without confirmation.
5. Amendments & Modifications
- Changes to confirmed reservations are subject to availability.
- Revised rates and policies may apply at the time of modification.
- The resort may decline modifications during peak periods.
6. Cancellation Policy / Refund
- Cancellation and modification charges apply as per the standard policy.
- Any waiver is at the sole discretion of the resort management.
- No-shows will be charged as per the confirmed booking value.
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 21 working days via the original payment method.
7. Early Departure
In the event of early departure, guests will be liable to pay room charges for the entire confirmed booking duration.
8. Identification Requirements
- Valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory for all guests at check-in.
- Accommodation may be denied if proper identification is not presented.
9. Visitor Policy
Outside visitors are not permitted inside guest rooms.
10. Property Care & Damages
- Guests must maintain decorum and respect the property.
- Any damage to rooms, fixtures, or property will be charged accordingly.
- Plucking flowers or damaging garden areas will incur a minimum ₹500 fine.
11. Housekeeping Policy
- Housekeeping services are available until 4:00 PM.
- Guests should deposit room keys at reception for cleaning.
12. Non-Smoking & Pets Policy
- All rooms and indoor areas are strictly non-smoking.
- Pets are not permitted on the property.
13. Food & External Services
- Outside food and beverages are not allowed.
- The hotel does not provide accommodation or meals for drivers.
14. Balcony & Lawn Usage
Drying clothes in balconies, gardens, lawns, or open areas is not permitted to maintain the aesthetic standards of the resort.
15. Parking Policy
- Parking is available but vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk.
- Management is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage.
16. Mandatory Travel Requirements – Ooty Entry
Guests travelling to Ooty must obtain a valid E-Pass for vehicle entry as per Government regulations.

17. Right of Admission
The hotel reserves the right of admission and may refuse service in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
18. General Policy
- The resort reserves the right of admission.
- Guests must respect the property and fellow guests.
- Any damage to resort property will be charged to the guest.
- All disputes are subject to local court jurisdiction.
