Cancellation Policy

  1. Confirmed dates/days may be altered cancelled or cut short only if intimation in writing reaches the company 14 days prior to the check in date.
  2. No refund is applicable for no show. Please note if the cancellation is initiated within 14 days then we would not be able to amend, postpone or cancel the reservation hence there would be 100% retention of the package value.

Hotel Policy

  1. Accommodation could be denied to the guests if government-issued ID proof for all members are not presented at the time of check-in.
  2. Due to Safety reasons, the guest visitors are not allowed to the rooms.
  3. Do not dry clothes in any open area such as Balcony, Garden, Lawn, etc.
  4. We do not provide Drivers Accommodation and Food. All drivers have to carry their needs while travelling to Ooty.
  5. Any damage to hotel property caused by the guest will be charged accordingly.
  6. Kindly deposit the keys with reception for room cleaning. Housekeeping will be done up to 4:00pm.
  7. Pets are strictly not allowed at the property.
  8. Plucking of flowers from garden is strictly prohibited, a fine of minimum Rs. 500/- will be collected if the flowers are plucked.
  9. All rooms are non-smoking rooms.
  10. Please double check the Room before check out
  11. Outside food is not allowed.
  12. Parking at Owners Risk, Management is NOT Responsible for your belongings.
  13. The hotel reserves the right of admission.

Reservation Policy

  1. Children below 5 years of age are accommodated free of charge. Please note that an extra bed will not be provided unless specifically requested and paid for. Children between 5 and 10 years are charged Rs. 1000/- + GST without an extra bed, and Rs. 1500/- + GST with an extra bed (inclusive of breakfast).
  2. The above rates are quoted on a per-room, per-night basis and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
  3. All prevailing government taxes will apply as per the latest notifications and may change without prior notice.
  4. In the case of an early departure, guests will be liable to pay room charges for the entire duration of the original booking.
  5. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  6. A reservation will be considered confirmed only upon successful receipt of payment through NEFT, bank transfer, or cash.
  7. Any amendments or changes to a reservation are subject to availability and will be governed by the hotel’s revised booking policy.
  8. Standard cancellation and modification charges apply. Any waiver of these charges will be at the sole discretion of the hotel. The payment deadline is 2 days from the date of booking.
